您将从零开始接触学习奥乐齐中国线下零售业务流程及运营技能，接受系统性的培训。您将与销售运营团队成员合作，通过店务处理、店铺管理、新店开业等项目，发展成为未来奥乐齐中国的零售管理精英。

We expect you to will help us:

You will learn ALDI China’s retail business processes, operational skills and receive systematic training. You will work with sales team to develop into the retail management elite of ALDI China in the future by programs like store handling, store management and new store openings.

What we are looking for:

We hope you hold a bachelor‘s degree or above, skills in oral and written English. Proactive, optimistic, open to challenges and strong sense of achievements. We hope you love food and cooking, actively participate in social activities.
It will be better if you are willing to work cross functionally and have the flexibility to foreign cultures, also committed to developing a career in the China market within the foreseeable future.
