岗位内容：

1、 根据现有编制及业务发展需求，确定部门招聘需求，制定招聘计划

2、 开拓和利用各种招聘渠道发布招聘信息，做好雇主品牌的宣传

3、 执行整个招聘流程，包括不限于简历筛选、电话邀约、面试、谈offer等工作

4、 领导安排的其他工作

任职资格：    

1、本科及以上学历，一年以上招聘经验，擅长销售岗位的优先；    

2、悉招聘流程，熟练运用招聘工具及办公软件，有较好的人员筛选能力及招聘技巧

3、 热爱招聘工作，能独立操作整个招聘流程

4、 目标感强，属于结果导向型

5、 具有良好的沟通表达能力、亲和力、学习能力、抗压能力

6、性格开朗、积极阳光
