职位摘要： 

 PTA工程师将在开发和管理PTA中的供应商质量能力方面发挥关键作用 机械零件团队。

 核心职责：

 ? 管理供应商，包括直接购买二级供应商 ? 从样品阶段到批量生产阶段，领导电气零件供应商的APQP和PPAP活动。 ? 帮助供应商在样品阶段确定批量生产的制造可行性 ? 领导供应商质量问题的解决，从新计划启动到批量生产 ? 支持供应商选择和供应商改进 

 

要求： 

 ? 具有制造和测试过程的经验 ? 熟悉ISO9000 / TS16949和其他质量体系。 ? 熟悉质量工具，例如PPAP，SPC，MSA，FMEA和控制计划。 ? 良好的分析和解决问题的能力，熟悉8D。 ? 良好的时间管理能力，优先安排作业。 ? 积极的工作态度，良好的沟通能力和较强的保密意识，解决复杂问题 问题整齐。 ? 擅长Excel，Word和PowerPoint。 ? 在全球制造工厂有5年以上工作经验 ? 具有Nidec / ZF / Boger Warne / UAES的工作经验者优先。      

Position Summary: 

 The PTA （Partner Technical Assurence）engineer will play a key role to develop and manage the Suppliers’ quality ability in PTA Mechanical parts team. 

 Core Responsibilities: 

 ? Manage the supplier including direct buy tier 2 suppliers ? Lead the APQP and PPAP activity of electrical parts supplier from sample phase to mass production phase. ? Help supplier to identify the manufacturing feasibility for mass production in the sample phase ? Lead the supplier quality issue solving from new program kick off to mass production ? Support the supplier selection and supplier improvement 

 Requirements:

 ? Experience on manufacturing and testing process ? Be familiar with ISO9000/TS16949 and other quality system. ? Familiar with quality tools such as PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and Control Plan. ? Good analytical and problem solving skills, familiar with 8D. ? Good time management skill, prioritize assignment well. ? Positive working attitude, with good communication skill and strong confidential sense, resolving complex problems neatly. ? Excellent in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. ? 5+ years working experience on global manufacturing plant ? Have the working experience in the Nidec/ZF/Boger Warne/UAES preferred.
