Main missions主要任务

1 - Manage a team of Engineering Leader - 管理产品开发工程师团队

2 - On top of the missions dedicated to the Engineering Leader, need to focus on:

- 除了致力于产品开发的任务之外，还需要关注：

- to train his team to SMART engineering R&T and to check that engineering standards are used

- 培训他的团队关于SMART系统中的工程文件，并检查是否使用了工程标准

- is the window person of the Engineering Business manager located into SC

-是工作与SC的工程业务经理的对接人员

- Ensure a daily support of his team on complex technical point and decision to take

- 确保他的团队每天都能在复杂的技术要点和决策上获得支持

- In case of lack of local skills, request support from experts located into SC

- 如果缺乏当地技能，请向位于SC的专家寻求支持

- Ensure the transversalization of the lesson learned coming from SC amount his team

- 确保从SC获得的经验教训的横向化对他的团队有所帮助

- Balance the workload amoung his team to improve efficiency

- 平衡团队中的工作量以提高效率

- In case of engineering crisis situation, manage the action plan define to come back to normal situation

- 在工程危机情况下，管理行动计划，直至定义为恢复正常状态

Specific missions 特定任务

Create and present technical file to customer (pre-project);

为客户创建并提交技术文件（项目前期）;

Act as technical interface with customer up until customer decision, and explain reasons behind technical solutions (pre-project);

在客户决策之前充当与客户的技术接口，并解释技术解决方案背后的原因（项目前期）

Keep the Noveastern product catalogue up to date and perform internal and external presentations for product families under his/her responsibility;

使Noveastern产品目录保持最新，并为其负责的产品系列执行内部和外部演示;

Perform benchmarking

执行基准测试

Responsibilities in terms of Quality Safety Environment Progress 质量安全环境进展方面的责任

Use and follow processes, instruction sheets and appendices and propose improvements.

使用和遵循流程，说明书和附录并提出改进建议。

Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety and environmental protection instructions.

确保按照安全和环保指示进行工作。

Respect safety rules of other departments (laboratory, plants, etc.).

遵守其他部门的安全规则（实验室，工厂，等）

Skills 技能

Check that the holder is competent on the basis of appropriate education, training or experience if necessary, or define the individual development plan required.

检验员工在适当教育、培训或经验的基础上是否胜任，或者确定所需的个人发展计划。

任职资格：

1. 汽车内饰行业同等岗位工作经验（面板与出风口方向）3年以上；

2. 具有注塑、喷涂工艺经验；

3. 爱岗敬业；

4. 英文优秀优先。
