A leading MarTech (CDP and MA) company in China, founded by the former SAP executive team in 2015, is seeking appointment of a Marketing Manager in Shanghai.

The Company

The company provides enterprises with marketing kits including customer data management, (CDP), marketing automation, (MAP), customer interaction and experience (CEM), and real-time analysis capability (Analytics), as well as an open and scalable platform (aPaaS), has accumulated hundreds of millions of yuan of first-tier investment institution financing and more than 250 customers' approval over the past five years. Among them, there are more than 50 large enterprise customers, such as Pudong Development Bank, Sunshine Insurance, McDonald's, Adidas, Uniqlo, Starbucks and so on. So far, the company has set up a product and service system for large enterprise customers, including about 20 partners, and its revenue is expected to exceed 100 million in 2020.

Your Role

You will report to the VP (Marketing & Eco-system) in Shanghai and assist him to manage the Marketing Function to implement brand management strategies and key messages of the company internally and externally. You will need to be well equipped with digital marketing and communication skills as it is essential to your daily operations and planning.

Your key responsibilities will include managing and developing various internet and social channels in line with the strategy of the company; implementing and managing marketing and communications with key internal and external stakeholders (employees, partners, clients and media); developing both offline and online communications materials (brochures, newsletters, and website) and projects. You will ultimately be responsible for meeting marketing KPIs and creating brand awareness.

2. Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/PR mission, goals and objectives.

3. Drive marketing initiatives and related activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance

4. Assist the Marketing VP to formulate digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM and ensure effective implementation of digital marketing programs/campaigns that serve our regional goals and business objectives

5. Measure and report performance of all marketing activities and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

6. Keep informed of developments in the fields of digital marketing, communications and public relations, not-for-profit management and governance, and the specific business of the company and use this information to help the company operate with initiative and innovation.

Requirements

1. Bachelor or master in marketing/digital marketing, communications, or business related.

2. At least 5 years experiences in marketing communication and content development; experience in professional or consulting field is preferred.

3. Highly energetic and passionate about digital marketing and brand management.

4. Strong in following competencies: Planning and Organizing, Decision Making, Business Acumen, Innovation, Driving for Results, Compelling Communication.

5. Ability to create brand exposure digitally

6. Experience in overseeing the design and development of print, video and digital materials; Computer literacy in video/audio editing, data base management and page layout. Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.

7. Able to converse professionally in English and Chinese.
