岗位职责：

1、Assist HR manager to establish or update recruiting plan, corresponding management system, policies and procedures based on the development needs of the company;
根据公司发展需求，协助人力资源经理完成招聘计划以及制定和完善相应招聘制度和流程；

 

2、Maintain and develop recruiting channels according to business needs. Arranging agencies or advertising for the recruiting, searching, screening, interviewing and recommending qualified candidates for assigned job positions;

根据业务需要建立并维护招聘渠道，发布招聘信息，筛选面试并推荐合适的候选人；

 

3、Coordinating candidates selection & hiring process in accordance with company’s recruitment policies and standards;

根据公司招聘政策和标准参与候选人的选择和聘用决定的过程；

 

4、Keeping and sorting records for all candidates and update talent pool;

整理简历并维护人才数据库；

 

5、Other extra work assignments from the department when needed.

部门安排的其它工作。

岗位要求：

Education: Bachelor degree and preferred in HR or related fields .

教育： 本科学历，HR或相关专业为佳  。

 Working Experience: At least 1 years in recruitment field .

工作经验：至少1年招聘经验。

Technical & Professional Knowledge: 

技术和专业知识：

 1、Familiar with the recruitment process and talent request of engineering and manufacturing industry; 

熟悉工程和制造行业招聘流程和人才要求； 

2、 Good searching and interview skills;

 良好的搜索人才和面试技巧； 

3、Good English skills of both verbal and written; 

良好英文口语和书写能力； 

4、  Use MS software proficiently, including Word, Excel, PPT and so on. 

熟练使用办公软件，包括Word, Excel 和 PPT等。
