Job Description:

1. To participate in the decision-making and improving process of financial management.

2. In charge of Asia entities’ General Ledger and monthly closing, familiar with overseas company account management (HK/SG).

3. A part of Global business documents to be post into SAP system, familiar with SAP S/4 HANA CLOUD and finance module,.

4. Following up the investments and projects’ budget vs actual based on SAP system.

5. Monthly taxes declaration and annual filing.

6. Coordinate with tax authorities on filing of non - trade payment and payment application.

7. Coordinate with external audit firm to complete annual audit.

8. Budget preparation & control

9. Temporary work assigned by Finance controller.

5. 每月纳税申报和年度纳税申报。

6. 协调税务部门处理非贸易支付的申报和付款申请。

7. 与外部审计公司协调完成年度审计工作。

8. 预算编制和控制

9. 财务总监分配的临时工作。

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, in Finance Accounting or information technology related.

2. At least 8 years related working experience in finance and

3. 3yearsStrong knowledge of the SAP functionality, Operate SAP (S/4 HANA required) FI/CO skillfully (MUST).

4. Proficient in financial knowledge, able to configure SAP FI/CO and CDS (Priority)

5. Good English speaking, reading and writing.

6. Good teamwork ability and project management Skill.

1. 本科或同等学历，财务会计或信息技术相关专业。

2. 至少8年以上财务相关工作经验

3. 3年以上SAP相关知识，熟练使用SAP (S/4 HANA)。（此项为必要条件）

4. 精通财务知识，能够配置SAP FI/CO和CDS. (优先)

5. 良好的英语听说读写能力。

6. 良好的团队协作和项目管理能力。
