1、制定供应商年度审核计划并确保按时有效完成年度审核,跟踪审核发现的整改措施和有效落实；

Define the supplier annual audit plan, and make sure it can be completed effectively, track all action are implement effectively for the audit findings.

2、确保供应商年度测量数据(全尺寸,试验,3C等)按计划完成和收集；

Ensure supplier annual measures data (full dimensional, testing, 3C, etc...) are collected acc. to the plan.

3、负责供应商的质量问题和内部产品审核问题点的及时纠正和整改；

Responsible for supplier quality problems and timely correction and rectification of internal product audit issues

4、主导供应商提出的合理的偏差申请；

Lead the reasonable deviation application from supplier.

5、及时关闭相关质量问题（8D）,并经常拜访供应商跟进问题解决情况,确保不会因为供应商质量问题导致SAMAP产线停线；

Close the quality issues(8D),and tracking supplier quality improvement measures and results,there is no downtime in SAMAP due to supplier quality issue

6、签署年度供应商PPM要求，并实时监控，必要时启动升级程序level 1，再进一步升级到level 2——SDE进行供应商能力提升；

Sign the annual PPM with suppliers,and monitor every month,make the escalation process level 1,further on escalating to SDE when necessary.

7、按时对供应商进行年度过程审核，有效提升供应商质量体系，访问主要的二级供应商，检查二级供应商的PPAP文件是否完整并实时更新

Implement the annual plan of supplier process audit on time,Help the suppliers to improve their quality system.visit the major sub-suppliers,keep the sub-suppliers PPAP in supplier's hand and in the lastest version.

8、整理供应商质量问题并对供应商质量表现进行排名,督促不合格的供应商改进，实施飞行检查；

Record and sort the supplier issues,ranking on the supplier performance score,to improve the top suppliers,and do the pilot check.

9、按交接规则接手SOP+3后的零部件质量管理；

Quality management of parts after taking over SOP+3 according to handover rules

10、完成领导安排的其他工作

Undertake the other tasks required from management

岗位要求 Requirements：

熟悉TS16949/IATF，五大质量工具及GD&T（几何形位公差）；

Strong knowledge of TS16949/IATF,have direct-management experience

有与供应商直接接触的相关的经验；

Extensive experience with direct supplier contact& presentations

熟悉各类制造技术,生产流程,生产设备,统计技术,问题解决方法,APQP,PPAP,FEMA等汽车品质管理工具

Familiar with manufacturing technology,production processes,equipment,statistical techniques,APQP,PPAP,FEMA

- 要求本科以上学历,工程类相关专业；

Bachelor degree with a major in engineering or equivalent work experience(required)

- 熟悉五大质量工具(PPAP,APQP,MSA,FMEA,SPC)；

Familiar with five quality tools(PPAP,APQP,MSA,FMEA,SPC)

- 2年质量管理经验，至少一年年汽车行业供应商管理工作经验更佳；

More than 2years in manufacturing industry, of which at least 1 years relevant working experience in the automotive industry

- 掌握必要的办公软件，如Microsoft Word、Excel、Powerpoint等等；

Utility of office softeware such as Microsoft Office

- 能够熟练地用中英文与客户和供应商交流，解决问题；

Fluent in Chinese and English in communication with suppliers

- 具有良好的团队协作能力；有很强的个人沟通能力，包括口头和文字沟通能力

  Good team working ability;High level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills(required)
