Responsibilities

Participate in DFM review, responsible for evaluation for new tools injection process, recognize potential risk and propose the improvement plan

参与开发过程中DFM评审，负责对新开发的新模工艺的设计评估，并提出问题点的改善方案

Responsible for tool tryout and confirm the best process parameter,recognize and solve all open topics during the development period.

负责对新产品试模并确定***工艺参数，识别产品和模具试制缺陷并推进完成改善

Leading series production process issue analysis,coordinate process qualification and improvement

主导量产产品注塑工艺问题分析，协调过程质量及前期改善，跟踪直至关闭

Coordinate tools qualification and release

协助完成模具验收

Responsible for new equipment evaluation and installation.

负责过程生产设备的评估和导入

Responsible for process technical guidance,process document preparation,release and maintance management

负责注塑现场的工艺技术指导，工艺标准文件撰写发行与变更维护管理

Qualifications

• 3年及以上相关经验，电子/汽车/集成电路行业优先


• 熟练掌握注塑工艺


• 基础的英语读写能力


• 材料/高分子/机械类/模具专业的优先

In 1996 Hella founded its first two Joint Ventures in China , in Changchun and Shanghai , to further develop the business in the Chinese market and show Hella's unwavering commitment to China . 2005-2006: 重组海拉在中国的业务 : 长春海拉和上海海拉电子实现独资；合并长春海拉和长春灯具研发中心；合并海拉电子和电子研发中心
