Key Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Leads the APAC/China talent acquisition process ensuring high quality sourcing and administration support are provided on time and resolving all issues in a timely manner. Leads managers through recruitment strategies to find, select and onboard talent. Ensure collaboration across all departments including HR, Accounting, Payroll and IT support to provide the best candidate experience.
Act as Team Lead for all APAC/China Talent Acquisition team, ensuring all hiring goals are met for APAC/China. Implement global recruitment, process, tools and KPIs aligned with global standards
Ensures accurate data and reporting for APAC/China open and filled positions and metrics, including direct hires and independent contractors. Ensures accurate reporting with Senior TAP in Global Talent Management. Conducts reporting analysis and shares trends, successes and recommendations with APAC/China HRBPs and the Manager, Talent Acquisition, North America w/global reach.
Ensures compliance with all APAC/China employment regulations and laws related to talent acquisition and internal placements.
Ensures talent acquisition processes and tools are implemented for APAC/China aligned with global standards, including facilitating the internal talent selection process. Recommends improvements to Global Talent Management. Supports implementation of new tools, including Taleo applicant tracking system, and processes with the full network who support talent acquisition, including HRBPs and hiring managers.
Partners with HRBPs and hiring managers to support workforce planning strategies to meet hiring needs. Communicates with leaders regarding recruitment needs, trends, position requirements and strategies and tactics to recruit talented, diverse staff. Able to support full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large as needed.
Represents and encourages teamwork throughout the internal and external teams and partners to achieve results. Communicates, collaborates, and encourages others to do so to drive high performance. Supports and drives teamwork across the talent acquisition team, Global Talent Management, the Talent Information, Reporting & Systems COEs and with HR Business Partners to provide best in class talent acquisition support.
Manages competing demands, accepts criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
Job Requirements & Preferences:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience working within talent acquisition
Experience using an applicant tracking system (Taleo a plus)
Experience applying data analytics for reporting and decision making
Experience with best practices in talent acquisition
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills necessary in order to deal effectively with various levels of NSF personnel, outside customers and community groups.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail
Analytical skills for data monitoring and reporting
Education and Certification Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field required.
Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 20-30% in APAC/China may be required.
