Our Senior Quality Engineer is targeting at Key Customers, that required special attention on details of the parts/assemblies from new development/facelift to productions:

Job Scope

1. New Projects: Working with suppliers on the drawing which are not clear and require attentions.

2. Quoted/existing Projects: Working with suppliers on the First Articles development and document submission (according to customer/our requirement)

3. Quoted/existing Projects: Working with suppliers (both internal and external) on existing project on the issues for SCAR, Control Plan and WI updates

4. Quoted/existing Projects: Checks and verify suppliers’ response back to the customer in timely manner

5. Overall: Frequent on-site monitoring of the suppliers for the products they produce for us

6. Overall: Working with the customer in different time zone

7. Overall: Working with the suppliers on all customer complaint

1. Requirements

1. Ability to communicate with the customer in English both verbally and in written manner

2. Experiences with Aluminum die-casting, CNC machining process and Coating processes

3. Experiences in Supplier Correct Action Report (SCAR), Process Control Plan, Work Instructions (WI)

Ability to work independently with the suppliers on customer issues

These plants also manufacture PENCOM Captive Screws, Standoffs, Spacers, Press-in Sheet Metal Fasteners (Zins) and Inserts for Plastics (Zerts).

With the purchase of Visible Inventory in 2005, PENCOM became the leader in the field of INVENTORY AUTOMATION. Now our customers no longer need to actively manage inventory, instead; Visible Inventory remotely monitors it.
