This role is responsible to assist the team in the execution of the following tasks by working with a team of professional colleagues:

CORPORATE FINANCE（企业融资）:

- Conduct research, competitive analysis and financial model;

- Prepare pitch book and business plan;

- Prepare due diligence materials and organize investor meeting and road show;

- Liaise with multiple professional parties (e.g. auditor, lawyer, valuation firm, company secretary, investor, etc.);

- Lead the planning and execution of deal structure and relevant document;

ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT（另类投资）:

- Source investment deal and interview target company;

- Perform competitive analysis and prepare investment memo;

- Perform due diligence (e.g. financial, legal, operation, etc.)

- Lead the planning and execution of deal structure and relevant document;

- Provide post-investment support for portfolio company, such as finance, legal, strategy, etc.

Qualified candidates must possess:

- A bachelor's degree from a reputed university;

- CPA, CFA and/or law degree will be advantageous;

- A minimum of 2 year of experience in accounting, legal, management consulting or investment banking industry;

- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese as well as English;

- Strong critical thinking, analytical and financial modeling skills (e.g. DCF);

- Good knowledge related to corporate finance, venture capital and private equity industries;

- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT) and other relevant software applications;

Moreover, qualified candidates are expected to be:

- Passionate in corporate finance/VC/PE industries;

- Honest and value integrity;

- A team player;

- Detail oriented yet won't lose sight to big picture;

- Positive and carry a "can-do" attitude;

- Having good common sense and commercial sense;

- Self-motivated and can take initiatives to solve problem;

- Able to multitask and work well under pressure;

- Willing to work long hours, when necessary;
