Job Description:

- Lead or assist in leading and managing projects, establish and track project team objectives and deliverables to ensure timely milestone achievement and delivery of high quality results

- Synthesize findings and structure solutions that address the clients' needs

- Prepare and deliver presentations and solutions to clients

- Assist in developing and managing client relationships

- Closely collaborate with all relevant external professionals and internal team members

- Manage all aspects of execution of a transaction

Requirements：

- Strong academic background with a degree from a leading university, complemented with further post-graduate education (e.g., MBA)

- CPA, CFA or legal qualification holders preferred

- 4 – 5 years of relevant experience of which at least 1-2 years as project manager of corporate finance projects

- Professional attitude with strong leadership and project management skills

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with innovative problem solving capabilities

- Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and PowerPoint presentation making

- High energy level, self-motivated, and ability to work as an integral part of a team

- Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, results-oriented, and commitment to personal and career development

- Ability to effectively multi-task and to prioritize assignments

- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and precisely present ideas in both written and verbal format, in Chinese as well as English
