Title: Engineering Manager 工程经理

Report To: Senior Operation Manager

Position Overview:

This position will work with CTI’s Joint Venture or Mills’ operation and purchasing department and response design layout, facility selection, equipment selection, sourcing and arrange logistic. Focus on provide engineer design, qualified vendor list, souring suggestion or plan, price negotiation and continuous cost down and performance improvement. This position will support the company in advancing the Company’s vision: Becoming a World Leader of manufactured engineered building products/millwork while remaining committed to our core values: Integrity, Reputation and Innovation.

Job Description：

1. Engineering analysis work with marketing department and design layout.
2. Lead facility and machine selection, sourcing, supplier audit and maintain supplier pool.
3. Lead product auxiliary material vendor qualification process and set up qualified vendor list for CTI.
4. Lead automation implement, fixture design and process improvement.
5. Lead Process design for new plant in south Asia.
6. Support all south Asia new mill project, cooperate with Sales, Marketing, Planning, Quality, local operation team to drive project launch on time.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, automation or related filed. With dual business degree as plus. 本科学历机械及电气工程，自动化相关专业, 有商科双学位优先。
2. At least 5 or more years’ Equipment & Auxiliary materials souring or relevant function experience, wood industry is preferred. 5年以上设备和辅料采购经验，木制品行业优先。
3. Skillful CAD user, with PLC programmer and Solid work experience as plus.熟练的CAD使用者，有PLC编程经验和3D软件使用经验优先。
4. Skilled in negotiation, good financial knowledge and analysis ability, cost orientated. 良好的价格谈判能力，良好的财务知识和分析能力，以成本为导向。
5. Excellent communication skills, Positive attitude, Self-motivation. 优秀的沟通能力, 态度积极，能自我激励。
6. Be able to communicate in oral & written English. 能用英文进行书面和口头交流。
7. Proficiency in Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, PPT etc.). 熟练使用办公软件（Excel, Word, PPT等）
8. Based in Shanghai, and could travel in China and Oversea on-site. 常住地为上海，但可以在国内和国外现场出差。
