Job Title: Merchandizing Specialist- 杂货类采购专员

  

Report to: Associate Merchandizing Manager汇报对象：采购经理

  

 

  

Responsibilities岗位职责

  

• Complete all tasks assigned by the Associate Merchandizing Manager in time which covers supplier identification, factory evaluations, and various negotiations. (sample request, catalogues, quotations)
  按时完成由采购经理布置的采购任务，任务包含供应商确认、工厂评估、各类谈判（打样、索取产品目录和报价）

• Follow company policies and procedures related to sourcing, vendor approval, vendor set-up, travel, fiscal responsibility, etc.

• 遵守公司采购章程，遵守供应商审批及建档制度，遵守差旅规定，遵守财务制度等规章制度和流程；

• Achieve assigned sales target

• 完成分配的销售目标

  • By ensuring quick bill through as per SACO-SASO process

  • Driving sales by sourcing right product at the right price and getting confirmed order from retailer  

• Accompany retailer Buyers to attend trade fairs and exhibitions to select products/suppliers and attend negotiations.
  陪同零售商买手参与贸易展会选定产品和供应商并参与谈判.

• Follow-up on orders with buyers and the Shanghai order processing team.

  和买手以及上海物流同事共同完成跟单。

• Follow up with vendors and customers on product requirements, certifications, product testing, artwork, and labels as required.
  同供应商和客人跟进产品需求，相关证书， 产品测试，产品标识及包装事宜。

• Support the sales team when required
  需要时支持销售团队

• Support order processing team when required.
  需要时支持订单操作团队

• Review, approve, and send samples to the customer, labs, sales managers, and meeting as requested.

• 样品检查审批及发送给客户、实验室、及销售经理， 并根据要求参加会议。

• Make factory visits as necessary to review and approve samples and production. Give recommendations and monitor running changes to products as required.

• 根据要求安排参观工厂，对产品及产品生产进行审查。 根据要求对产品给与建议并监督产品更改。

• Co-ordinate or perform inspection on shipment of goods.

• 协调或操作出运的产品的质量检验

• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

Requirement岗位要求

  

 

  

• Be familiar with products for home improvement industry.

• 3+ years Latest technology – Smart Home, Mobile, Gadgets, Tab, Accessories and Indoor Furniture sourcing experience will be preferred but not must, international trading & sourcing background, fluent in English.

• Has relevant sourcing experience in retail or trading industry.

• Good negotiate skills on business at all levels of customer management and vendor co-ordination.

• Excellent problem solving, communication interpersonal, negotiation skills and customer service mind-set.

• Friendly positive attitude with adherence to ACE Hardware core values, independent, outgoing, pleasant personality, self-motivate, good team spirit and positive thinker.

• Willing to take challenge and work under pressure.

• Language skills: Fluent English in oral and written.

• Education: Bachler degree or above with its major in BS/Trading/Marketing discipline.

• Computer Skills: Proficiency on operation of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Travel Requirements: 30% travel frequency in both domestic and international.
