GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:Facilities and Project management and execution of all equipment building related projects in AsiaJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage equipment projects in terms of cost, time, quality, and manpower.Supervise assembly factory team as well purchasing, clerical and engineering support team.Create a network of sub-suppliers to support these projects.Work with local MEIS technical support experts as well as product line managers to deliver equipment to our customers.Support regional equipment project manager to install, start up, test and maintain the equipment on customer side.Supervise internal team of approximately 10 people. Work with external team members / sub suppliers. Internally Manage Envio Solutions Equipment interactions with the team including dotted line management of assigned support team.JOB REQUIREMENTS：Bachelor’s degree or above of Mechanical, Chemistry or related major.6-10 years working experience in chemical/machinery manufacturing/water treatment or related area. At least 2 years management experience.Be able to lead the team to fix the problem during equipment manufacturing and customer on-site application. Having the ability to find the root causes to the problem and the good problem-solving methodology.Owning the quality system knowledge. ISO9001, IATF 16949, VDA6.3 certification is preferred.For EHS, ISO45001/OHSAS 18001 certification is preferred.Understanding of CE certification along with local and regional building codes.Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.Good oral and written communication skills in English.备注
