岗位职责:

1. 配合客户经理，充分了解项目需求，并带领团队，进行项目策略方案制定；
2. 与客户进行紧密的沟通联系，并维护好长期的客户关系；
3. 管理项目进度，保持与相关部门的沟通；
4. 管理至少两个客户，并支持新业务的发展；

5. 协助项目负责人参与项目策划、项目创意等核心工作。

任职要求:

1. 必须熟练日语听、说、读、写，专业N2级以上；
2. 本科以上学历，公共关系、新媒体、广告等相关专业优先；
3. 至少4年专业公共关系咨询公司、社会化（新媒体）营销、广告等相关行业工作经验；
4. 具备优秀的文案写作能力，流利的日语沟通写作能力，有日本留学或交换经验优先；
5. 有项目管理和客户关系处理经验，有独立沟通，协作能力；
6. 人际沟通技巧和时间管理能力强，有创造性，做事结果导向并善于学习；
7. 需要有钻研精神，充分理解与消化客户提供的资料，有效传达给团队；
8. 曾经服务日本企业或者有服务大健康行业的客户经历者优先。

Competency:

1. Cooperate with the account manager to fully understand the project requirements and lead the team to make the project strategy.

2. Keep close communication with clients and maintain long-term client relationship.

3.Manage the project schedule and maintain communication with relevant departments.

4. Manage at least two clients and support the development of new business.

5. Assisted the project leader in the core work of project planning and project creativity.

Requirements:

1. Must be proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Japanese at a professional N2 level or above.

2. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in public relations, new media, advertising and other related fields.

3. At least 4 years working experience in professional public relations consulting firms, social (new media) marketing, advertising and other related industries.

4. Excellent copywriting skills, fluent Japanese communication and writing ability (studying abroad or exchanging experience is preferred).

5. Experience in project management and customer relations, independent communication, and collaboration skills.

6. Strong interpersonal communication skills, time management, creative, results-oriented and willing to learn.

7. A research mind is required to fully understand and digest the information provided by customers and effectively communicate it to the team.

8. Previous experience in serving Japanese companies or customers in the healthcare industry is preferred.
