The IT Business Analyst will work within the Medical Devices BUIT, partner with Channel, Marketing, Sales, DI business stakeholders and IT colleagues to understand business processes and requirements. This role will have responsibility for delivery of assigned projects and documentations within Dynamics 365 platform, for Channel management and CRM. 

         The successful candidate will work with BUIT BT, SFE, D&A product lines, and business partners for different franchises, together with vendor mainly in Shanghai office, with good bi-lingual communication, especially writing skills (English and Chinese)。

Responsibilities

?              Utilize effective Business Analyst techniques to translate what business may want to identification of what is needed via good use of elicitation techniques

?              Translate business requirements into use cases and user stories，analyze user requirements with business partner and vendors

?              Setup regular meeting and follow up all actions

?              Prepare IT relevant documents, such as security and compliance related 

?              Prepare required SDLC documents and application verification documents for assigned projects

?              Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility and provide documentation and participate in compliance activities as required

?              Prepare test scripts validations and data together with business.

?              Work with vendor for data migration and validation. 

 

Qualifications

?              A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required

?              IT background, with 2 years or above Business Analysis experience

?              Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

?              Experience in a life sciences/healthcare organization is preferred

?              Distributor Management System knowledge preferred
