Main description: This position will be responsible for but not limited to sales in Power Plant market (market excl. wind power. products include: Hydraulic filter, Ecopart element, Automatic filter, etc.).

Resposibilities:

1. To coordinate with interanl and overseas team members, esp. regarding key accounts to make sure services and orders are delivered on schedule, therefore make sure to grow the existing business according to company plan;

2. Exploit new distributotion channel & OE customers and realize sales according to company plan;

3. Identify new opportunities and realize the sales in after market;

4. Negotiation with customer for commercial issues (annual prices, account receivable) and signing the agreement / contract according to business need;

5. Be the window person of our company to customer, coordinate all related activities with customers, include but not limited to engineering change request, delivery problems, after sales service, claims etc;

10. Other tasks on short notice from company.

Professional Competence:

1. At least 5 years sales & application experience, and no less than 5 years in power plant industry, preferable with the experience in hydraulic / filtration companies;

2. Good business intelligence & analysis skill;

3. Good knowledge in hydraulic filtration;

4. Experience of distribution mangement.

Personnel Competence:

1. A bachelor degree or above in engineering, or related field;

2. Good English skills in oral, reading and writing;

3. Good presentation and communication skills;

4. Good business acumen and negotiation skills;

5. Result-orientated working style;

6. Can work under pressure.

Others:

1. Engineering education background;

2. Familiar with power plant process;

3. Working location in Shanghai.
