1、保安员Security Officer 

负责为住店或店外客人创造一个安全可靠的环境。协助保安主管对部门的当值岗位的安全负责。所有保安员要求跟进的， 都须准确无误地跟进并完成工作任务。

Be responsible for creating a safe environment for hotel guests or outside guests. Assist the security supervisor to ensure the duty posts' safety. Follow up and finish all the works that the security guards required by rules and lines.

Strong team spirit and be good at communicating.

2、行李员Bellboy

行李员负责通过与客人愉快的沟通以保证与酒店标准一致的整体客户满意度。同时需要在紧急情况下作出及时的反应。Bellboy is responsible for overall guest satisfaction by creating a delightful communications with guests in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the hotel. Also require to react in emergency situations.

1. 拥有较强的服务意识Desire to serve and to provide excellent guest services.

2. 沉着冷静，能随机应变多项工作，有团队精神A team player, be able to multi-task and remain composed at all times.

3. 良好的中英文沟通及书写能力(会说广东话者优先）Able to communicate in spoken English and Mandarin (Cantonese would be an advantage).

3、水疗接待员Spa Concierge

水疗接待员的职责包括但不局限于，预订所有的水疗护理，提供客人优秀出色的服务，包括产品销售和零售产品以及POS机的使用，协助所有客人并提供一个专业的指导。The Spa Concierge is responsible for, but not limited to booking all spa treatments, explaining services to guests, any POS sales including retail and checking in and checking out all guests in a professional manner.

1. 出色的中英文口语与书写能力Excellent proficiency in written & spoken in English and Chinese.

2. 较强的组织能力和一定的销售技巧Strong organizational skills and some selling skills.

3. 良好的沟通能力Good communication and listening skills is required.

4. 态度积极、温恭有礼Positive attitude and politely gesture.

5. 出色的电脑应用能力Strong computer skills.

6. 了解水疗知识者优先Knowledge of the Spa industry is preferred.   

4、救生员Lifeguard

承担救生员的职责，同时负责保持整个水疗中心和健身中心区域的外观干净、整洁。Be responsible for watching over the swimmers and rescue those in danger at the swimming pool, as well as maintaining the overall spa and fitness area in tidy and clean conditions. 

1. 有专业认证的资格证书并懂得运用心肺复苏法Recognized lifeguard certification including CPR.

2. 具备至少一年以上救生员的工作经验At least 1 year experience as a lifeguard.

3. 能在没有主管共同工作的时间里独立完成工作Be able to work alone and without/or direct supervision.

4. 出色的沟通和聆听能力Excellent communication and listening skills.

5. 有团队精神Be a team player.6. 具备友善、外向的性格Possess a friendly and outgoing personality.

5、中西餐厅服务员Restaurant Server

按照酒店标准操作流程，满足客人所需，提供超越客人期望的服务，负责处理客人的一些特殊要求，保持每一个工作区域干净整洁。The incumbent will be the first contact for all guests attending restaruant at the hotel and will provide service that goes beyond the guests’ expectations by anticipating their needs and performing service based standards set forth by management. He/she will also be responsible for handling special requests and maintaining a clean and organized work station.

1. 熟练掌握菜单及酒水单Extensive menu and wine list knowledge.

2. 具备英文沟通能力者优先English language skill is beneficial.

3. 责任心强，值得信赖Highly responsible & reliable.

4. 能在压力与快速的工作节奏下很好的完成工作Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

5. 有团队意识Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
