职责描述：

1. 通过电话、邮件、Chat的方式响应客户的请求并有效记录;
2. 快速定位客户问题，基于相应的知识库，技术文档找到解决方案，并提供专业的答复;
3. 对未知问题，结合个人经验、团队讨论、内部升级等渠道进行快速定位、问题重现，并与用户保持有效更新;
4. 能够站在用户的角度思考，针对无法提供解决方案的问题，能够通过灵活变通的方式提供临时或替代解决方案，以满足用户的业务需求。

岗位要求：

1. 日语N1及相当水平，英语CET6及相当水平，听说读写流利，有海外留学或生活经历优先;
2. 熟练掌握office软件(Excel, PPT, Outlook);
3. 具有良好的学习能力, 逻辑思维以及沟通能力;
4. 具有良好的团队协作精神与客户服务意识，责任心及抗压性强;
5. 能够接受灵活的工作时间安排。
