JOB SUMMARY:

Account Manager will focus on developing and expanding Hill-Rom business for assigned territory by developing new channels and visiting both customers and KOLs to canvas for orders for all Hill-Rom product. Also be Involved in planning sales strategies for selecting, training and developing dealers. Ultimately responsible for attaining annual sales goals throughout the assigned territory. To convey the Hill-Rom quality message throughout all interactions with colleagues and customers

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: – Other duties may be assigned:

General responsibilities include:

The Account manager is responsible for the commercial success (growth in revenue, profitability and market share) in areas. These responsibilities are translated into three main areas of action.

-Develop and tailor local marketing (sales presentation, tender specifications) & Marketing initiatives (promotion program) to support the major local sales projects

-Develop and management dealers in order to influence and adapt the corporate and regional-level product and marketing strategies to achieve the business target.

-Develop and maintain KOLs (Key Opinion Leader) relationship of within territory. Educate the market of Hill-Rom’s product benefits on both business ROI as well as clinical ROI to hospitals

Specific responsibilities include:

The Account manager is a team player who must coordinate with a variety of company functions, including regional sales, customer services, marketing, and regulatory as well as upstream marketing from different manufacture location.

Primary business target:

-Implement the region growth strategy, focus on Strong hold & must win territories

-Define & develop effective channel to sell our product solution

-Play key role in organize annual meeting by work closely with Marketing department

-Create and Nurture relationships with KOLs

-Provide sufficient support on major project, including customer presentation, tender configuration, product demonstration & if needed the final negotiation.

-Provide continuous product and clinical training to the customers & dealer sales team

-Product training

-Understand customers (clinicians and patients) and their needs

-Understand customer usage patterns and purchasing decision criteria for Hill-Rom products to identify product strengths and weaknesses

-Understand the customer environment and identify unmet needs

-Understand customer segments



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • 5 years in sales/marketing position in healthcare, clinical background strongly preferred

  • Open minded and hard working

  • Excellent communication skill and presentation skill

  • Excellent interpersonal skill

  • 50% travelling

  • Fluent in English will be plus

  • Bachelor or Master degree, major in healthcare will be a plus
