KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management

1. Be responsible for production for project and manage the full product life circle.

2. Liaise with International customers on cost, materials requirement, production progress and delivery schedule;

3. Liaise with International designers on the design, requirements and relevant information about the bespoke furniture;

4. Oversee Quotations, prepare delivery schedule and monitor production quality;

5. Make certain that productions are complying with detail specifications, internal quality standard and approved colors;

6. Track production schedule and ensure shipment is arranged on time;

7. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately;

8. Control production cost budget and utilization;

9. Monitor progressive payment from clients for bespoke account;

10. Provide material / soft skill training every quarterly;

11. Setting up KPIs for team members and proposing improvement.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Diploma degree or above with 5+ years’ experience as the Senior Project Manager with an aptitude to leading and managing team members;

2. Familiar with furniture industry and prefer to have the working experience in foreign company;

3. A creative thinker who is able to analyze industry and product trends;

4. Strong product costing experience with demonstrated effective negotiating skills;

5. Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively and devise organization;

6. Effective, solution - oriented, problem solving and mediation skills;

7. Demonstrated ability to develop co-workers and subordinates through sharing skills and knowledge with others;

8. Excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English;
