Summary of role and team: 

• Sales Director leads the China Deco Sales team and responsible for the business revenue sustainable growth。

Key tasks and responsibilities: 

• Developing and implementing the go to market actions based on the dynamic market trend and HQ/Country strategy 
• Looking for the new growth points and keep faster growth than the market 
• Fulfill the planned revenue target quarterly and yearly 
• Manage the grow margin of the different product line 
• Increasing the market share 
• Developing key accounts by executive selling and partners coverage serving targeted consumers 
• Improve the sales productivities and distributors productivities 
• Leading the sales team for the right direction, keep the sales team strong disciplinary 
• Set up the sales talent pipeline 

Basic requirements (education, experience)

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Led more than 20 sales members in Multinational company
• Proven the successful growth experience in TO C business
• Worked in matrix organization with collaborative and open communication
