工作内容：

1.全面负责公司的保洁管理工作(包括垃圾清运、一次性开荒清洁、日常清洁、绿化养护、除四害、石材养护的工作质量监督等)；

2.负责公司内保洁、绿化、消杀、垃圾清运外墙清洗等工作的现场管理，做好日常巡查监管工作；

3.熟悉公司内楼栋数量、楼座排列、道路分布、绿化地外墙清洗分布及面积。合理配置保洁人员及使用工具,确保公司服务范围内不留卫生死角；

4.对保洁团队进行岗位技能培训，督导现场工作、检查质量、及时上报；

5.完成上级交办的其他工作。

        

  

任职资格：

1.工作经验5年以上，物业行业、商场、政务保证类场馆、5星级酒店及以上相关工作经验，熟悉管理运作者优先；

2.年龄40周岁以下；

3.掌握基础电脑操作（例如word、excel操作）；

4.具备一定的沟通协调能力，普通话标准；

5.具备较好的亲和力及服务意识；

6.心态开放，能够接受他人意见；

7.人际敏感度较高。
