Key Responsibilities

    

• Discuss requirement with clients and mapping to the CRM/loyalty solutions
• Planning and delivering the customized CRM/loyalty strategy according to the deep understanding of clients’ business pain points
• Translate the business requirement into system realization, and provide detailed specifications to the development team
• Implement and manage the project through the entire project life cycle and ensure the systems meet the requirements and standard
• Guide team to analyze technical design proposal and determine the best approach
• Support project manager and the Loyalty head to manage team to achieve the task in schedule
• Analyze and interpret quantitative findings from loyalty program and system independently, and provide actionable insights and a point of view to inform business decisions
• As consultant, communicate with 3rd-party or Agency etc. if clients want

                                    

    

Key Skills and Experience

    

• Bachelor degree and above holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software engineering or equivalent
• More than 5 years working experience, and minimum of 3 years of SCRM, CRM, or Membership/Loyalty experience
• More than 3 years in business requirement analysis or system analysis
• Expeirence in 3C, Luxury, Clothing industry is a big plus
• Strong communication skills to get alignment internally and externally
• Technical background in system planning and design , system implementation or development is a plus
• Analytical, strategic, understand business requirements, strong ability to identify insight from data
