Responsibilities：

1. Graphic design and brand development

2. Concept, visualization and hands on design

3. Concept development and design preparation of packaging, key visual, POSM and promotion collaterals

4. Work closely with senior creative personnel to ensure concept's achievability and accurate presentation

5. Follow through project from concept development, executing layouts, artwork design independently

6. Supervise and coach designers

7. Support any Ad-hoc job tasks assigned.

8. Working with the Creative Team to adjust project goals and design revisions on the fly as necessary to adapt to changing

9. situations to meet established schedules

10. Identifying potential problems in the creative pipeline and working with the Creative Team to prevent them

11. Attend client meetings with account team to discuss brief and give creative feedback when required

12. Keep up with latest digital, social and mobile trends in advertising

13. Staying abreast of current market and industry trends to aid in the development of cutting edge marketing, design

14. concepts, with the secondary goal of educating the team

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design

2. 5-7 years experience in graphic design

3. Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin an advantage.

4. High proficiency in Macintosh and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

5. Knowledge of 3D rendering and visualizing an advantage

6. Proficiency in hand drawing, sketching and illustrating

7. Wide interest in the visual arts
