岗位职责：
Duties & missions

1.Create/develop/maintain part inspection specification(SP) 建立/改进/维护产品检验标准规范

2.Communication with suppliers/customers about new products quality issues during development, and continuously improves quality.在开发新产品阶段与客户和供应商沟通质量问题，并持续改善提高质量工作。

3.In charge of inspection report and create standard inspection document accordingly, gage design to reach effectively improve the inspection speed.负责制作检验报告并相应地建立标准检验文件，设计量具去有效地提高产品能检验速度。

4.Gage design to reach effectively improve the inspection speed检具达到有效提高检验速度

5.Collaborate with QA team/NPI  to define some quality standards与QA/NPI合作去定义质量标准

6.Create control plan and improve and maintain it产线质量控制计划且完善，维护其正常执行

7.Carry on control tool internal calibration.负责公司内部量具的管理工作。

岗位要求：

1. College degree or above in electronic/plastic injection/ metal processing

   大专以上学历，电子，注塑、金属相关专业

 2. Good computer skill in MS office

 熟练电脑办公自动化操作能力

 3. Be familiar with measure tools

 熟练操作质量工作相关量具

 4. Strong blueprint/ technical drawing reading skills

  很强的读图、识图、绘图能力

 5. Good command of spoken and written English

 良好的英语读写能力

 6. Strong communication skill, good cooperation spirit

 很强的沟通能力，良好的团队精神

 7. Anticipate potential product quality problems.

 具有预测产品潜在的质量问题的能力
