BASIC FUNCTION基本职责

Own AP management responsibilities from finance perspective.

全面负责财务部应付账款的各项管理工作。

GENERAL MISSION 工作职责

1. Responsible for preparing, checking all vouchers and bills, making payments to suppliers and others.

负责准备、核对所有凭证及单据，以备向供应商等付款。

2. Account for purchase orders and reports from all Department and files them.

核算来自所有部门的采购订单，并进行整理。

3. Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports and check invoices as to quantity, process, extensions and footings.

核对发票和采购定单、收货单相一致，审核发票上的数量、内容、范围等。

4. Ascertain that all appropriate signatures appear in the stamp.

检查签名印章是否正确。

5. Lead and ensure timely and accurate billing exercise take place.

负责并确保支付款项流程的及时、准确。

6. Responsible for the record and safekeeping of fixed assets

负责登记、保管固定资产

7. Code invoices as to proper expense distribution or other accounts to be charged and prepares vouchers for bank and cash payments.

根据费用分配及帐务分类，对费用编号，并编制银行、现金付款凭证。

8. Responsible for the calculation and statistics of relevant taxes. Support AP related accounting treatment and taxation arrangement.

负责相关税金的计算与统计，为与AP相关的会计处理和税务安排提供支持。

9. Lead regular reconciliation process with overseas corporate office to ensure differences are clearly documented and properly escalated.

负责定期与境外总部对账，确保所有差异清晰记录并恰当向内部管理层反馈。

10. Provide AP analysis for management meeting and other ad-hoc needs.

为管理层应付账款会议及其他会议提供AP分析。

11. Other matters delegated by line managers.

其他部门领导交办的事宜。

JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求

1. University graduate in accountancy or equivalent

会计或相关专业本科学历

2. Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in handling full set of accounts

至少3-5年处理账目的相关工作经验

3. Familiar with foreign exchange payment related business and process

熟悉外汇支付相关业务及流程

4. Experience in reconciliation with overseas corporate office is preferred

有与境外总部对账经验者优先

5. Proficiency in MS office software (especially in Excel) and Ufida

熟练运用办公软件（尤其是Excel软件），用友财务软件

6. Good written and spoken English

良好的英文说、写能力

7. Well-organized, cautious and detail orientated

良好的组织性、做事认真仔细，注重细节

8. Able to work in team and proactive with a positive can-do attitude

具有团队合作精神及做事积极、主动，有信心
