MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

·           Lead CQE team handle customer complaints/ PPAP …etc.

·           Drive problem solving on critical quality issues

·           Develop CQE team diagnosis capability for products and build up team electronics competency for better communication with internal and external functions

·           Strategically drive ECU quality performance improvement

·           Support APQP tasks

·           Other tasks assigned by quality manager

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

·         6 + years automotive experience and 4 + years relevant position experience, e.g. CQE or CQE supervisor.

·         Good know-how of electronics product/process, understand ECU diagnosis process.

·         Be familiar with different customer specific requirements, culture.

·         Bilingual in Chinese and English, strong at communication with different people under different business situation;

·         Analytical problem solving and decision making skills;

·         Demonstrated interpersonal skills with team to be mature, confident and consistent to be respected;

·         Excellent leadership qualities and be able to take challenges.
