Objective of Job

The candidate will be working as Industrial Engineer, together with JV Industrial Engineering team, to conduct time analysis for operations and develop efficient production process for new model programs. And improve the productivity of existing models as well.

Brief Task Description

· Disseminating manpower analysis methodologies and verifying their usage;

· Providing workforce activity timing estimates for production process set up;

· Providing Plants with methodological support to compute the workforce saturation;

· Supporting Plants in workforce activity timing data gathering in case of new model introduction or major changes in current product/production process.

· To get MTM-UAS certification for Manpower operations std. time evaluation;

· To map VA/NVAA (Value Added/Not Value Added Activity) activities in the WCM perspective focusing on NVAA reduction;

Qualifications

Education:

Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree (Master will be a plus)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years work experience in a Vehicle Manufacturing Company. Experience in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or Process Engineering is a plus.

IT Skills:

MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point. AutoCAD. Teamcenter.
