This position will report to IPO manager，the personnel is in charge of supplier qualification, project expedition, quality inspection and quality control on supplier site, supplier development, the personnel will interface with the people in the units worldwide.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Qualifying supplier.

2. Technical support.

3. Project expedition

4. Quality inspection and control

5. Supplier development

Supervisory Responsibilities

Required Education

Holds a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.

Required Experience

1. Technical background.

2. Having knowledge of electric assembly process (transformer is preferable)

3. Having experience to develop supplier.

4. Having experience to qualify supplier (not only system audit but production

process as well)

5. Fluent English

6. Worked for multi-national company before

7. Good communication skill

8. Frequent travel is required

9. Working as SQE is at least above 5 years.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills

1. Strong interpersonal skill, able to handle different kinds of supplier and internal customer.

2. Good English communication skill and computer skill
