职位描述


Main Responsibilities:


    

    

Merchandising:

    

-       Leading the e-ecommerce team implement purchase tasks focus on outdoor/indoor furniture which are delegated by UK Company.

    

-       Support teams implement products to market based on company request. Develop best practices and process for exceptional results.

    

-       Sourcing new Suppliers/factories that have capability to deliver cost competitive and quality products.

    

-       Lead the team to collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the factory-base is fully compliant with all requirements

    

-       Support production commitments with suppliers, ensuring objectives of product quality, delivery and price are met or exceeded.

    

-       Solving logistic issues working together with operation team and ensure issues are escalated for all supplier base.


-       Work with relevant parties to realize and update all claims and coops related info.

    

-       Leading all capacity planning activities and coordinating between different teams


    

    

Sourcing:

    

-       Mainly responsible for achieve annual goals for BD team purchase focus on hardware/seasonal products/accessories/home deco, etc,, develop regional supply strategies and manage China supply base

    

-       Responsible for sourcing suitable (new) suppliers and products based on customer’s requests

    

-       Manage the development of multiple suppliers for cost saving, as well as the criteria for contract negotiations and administration.

    

-       Training and coaching to the team members.

    

-       Other duties and projects supporting operations as assigned.


    

    

Qualification

    

    

-       Solid retail/sourcing experience or knowledge in buying office and trading company. Experience with working in a cross-functional team environment.

    

-       Familiar with outdoor/indoor furniture, hardware, seasonal products, accessories, homedeco etc

    

-       Strategic leadership, planning and thinking skills

    

-       Excellent communication skill with customer and supplier.

    

-       Experience in assessing supplier capabilities and cost negotiation

    

-       Able to work under pressure, result oriented, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
