JOB SUMMARY

Supports and works effectively with Customer Service, Finance, Sales, Quality Assurance, and other Supply Chain departments in efforts to drive improved service to our customers. Complete inquiries from the internal and external customers. Must work independently, relying on oral and/or written instruction. Complete all required requirements in a timely manner. Proactively make suggestions for improvement to processes that will benefit Glanbia Nutritionals and our customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

You are responsible for below duties but not limit,

Master data:

• Work with new customers to complete the credit application, gather customer details and requirements (Spec. included), and follow proper procedures to load the data right the first time into SAP, include but not limit with E-Form application. Supporting sales organizations GNCH, GNLS, GNJP, CSIN, GNSP and GNUS.

• Collaborate with Quality and PSM to create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of customer specific (include MRSL), and Customer Specifications as requested by customers (GNCH, GNLS, GNJP, CSIN, GNSP and GNUS)

• Performs changes to master data following established process including but not limited to create, change, extend, block/unblock, active/deactivate or otherwise modify master data.

• Responsible for the maintenance/governance of customer data in SAP/PDM to include partner records, customer listings/exclusions, outputs and other master data elements, and meet key metrics for customer master data.

• Work with Sales to get defined pricing from quotation App into SAP to include contracts.

• Set up and maintain Aspac HUB which stored product doc. for GNCH, GNLS, GNJP, CSIN, GNSP and GNUS.

• Customer requests monitoring to make sure no in progress request older than 4 months.

• Research issues and work with the Customer Service Manager to implement procedural changes of master data as required.

• Generate SAP, CRM or BO reports as required.

  Miscellaneous:

• Project a positive, professional, proactive and knowledgeable image to Glanbia customers, which reflects Glanbia’s commitment to increased customer support and satisfaction.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to effectively present information to co-workers and management.

• Proficient personal computer skills.

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts.

• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor

• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

·           Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in   written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.         

Typical Environmental Conditions

• Works in a well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
  

• Very infrequent overnight travel (up to 5%) by land and/or air.
