Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the club with a particular emphasis on membership. Support and facilitate development and implementation of the other department’s marketing requirements including marketing plans.
为俱乐部规划、执行和落实以会员为导向的年度营销计划。支持和帮助其他部门计划、开展和实施市场活动。
Plan, administer and execute the overall Sales & Marketing Budget including membership.

Organize and implement member relations including:

prospect development activities 拓客活动
special events 特殊场景活动
Supervise RFP protocol process including soliciting RFPs from desirable prospective members sources and drafting new proposals for new prospect sources; participate in planning and presentation sessions and lead execution of the same when approved.

Oversee club communications activities through Public Relations/Events management including:

Oversee the administer membership/prospect database, which includes membership and prospect information, mailing list applications, etc.

Through a daily sales management program, ensure the Membership Managers and Sales Executives are following the prescribed program for the acquisition of prospects so that the club always has a sufficient pipeline of qualified membership prospects.

Assist with and support club’s involvement in various networks including coordinating business development and marketing activities via these relationships.
