• Make planning for the DAS project development interfacing with PMs, Sales, Quality and the plant
• Project briefing and communication with global develop team
• Manage technical and process development to meet timing, budget, technical performance, and product quality requirements.
• Lead multifunctional project team(s) to assure completion of all project tasks.
• Conduct design reviews and program reviews.
• Direct overall product testing approach, set criteria for product test acceptance and review test data.
• Review and approve the engineering release package and product design changes.
• Maintain contact with customer and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Review and maintain requirements vs. capabilities document throughout the product life cycle.
• Requirement analysis and implementation according to Global Regulations - EUNCAP/USNCAP/C NCAP…etc.
• Ensure compliance with ZF approved policies and procedures including CDP.
• Prepare and present technical communications to the customer if customer requires
• Support customer launch

Education: BSc or higher in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical/Electronic Engineering. (MSc is preferred.)  

 

Experience and Key Competencies:   

• 1 years + experience in automotive industry

• At least 5 years’ project development experience

• System development experience is preferred

• Knowledge in electrical engineering and system engineering is preferred

• Good communication Skills

• Electronic/System testing experience is preferred

• Team work capability

• Presentation skills

• Good English
