Job Description

l？ Supplier management and purchasing related works for his/her responsible material groups and suppliers

管理所负责物料范围内的供应商并开展相关采购工作

l？ Collect the information of material group and supplier, conduct analysis, set up material group strategy based on given targets and requirements, and implement the strategies

收集并分析物料信息及供应商信息，根据所给与的采购目标制定采购策略并落实

l？ Conduct cost structure analysis, responsible for the cost development for his/her responsible material groups and suppliers, define right negotiation strategy, plan and take action to achieve cost saving target; maintain Ratio Tool system

分析成本结构，对负责范围内的物料组和供应商进行成本规划和控制，制定谈判策略并实现降本目标，同时维护成本系统(SAP价格模块)

l？ Responsible for sourcing activities such as new project/part RFQ, localization, 2nd source etc.; sourcing meeting preparation: RFQ, TCO/COQ

负责项目零件询价、国产化和第二家供应商开发，负责总体拥有成本计算、比价以支持采购决策（供应商选择决策）

l？ Market analysis for responsible material group: RFI, market price survey, supplier benchmarking, new technology scouting etc.

收集和分析所负责物料的行业信息，调查市场价格、供应商对比及新技术的收集等。

l？ Responsible for contract terms negotiation, price agreement update, contract drafting, contracting and maintenance, follow up contract terms’ implementation

负责合同条款谈判，价格协议更新，起草、签署和维护合同，跟进并导入合同条款

l？ Responsible for overall supplier performance for his/her material groups, maintain DSC (Dynamic supplier classification) and SRM (supplier relationship management) data, purchasing share monitoring, supplier risk management

负责供应商业绩管理，维护动态供应商分级（根据业绩分级）以及供应商关系管理（数据库），维护供应商采购量配比及供应商风险防范

l？ Responsible for supplier enabling and development for fulfilling company demand on supply capacity and new product development etc., participate new supplier assessment

负责供应商开发以满足公司的零部件供应需求及新产品开发需求，参与新供应商评估

l？ Support PUQ/SQE, PUE (project purchasing) and LOG for dealing with escalated supplier issues or supplier conflicts, develop and maintain good supplier relationship, keep influence power to supplier.

支持供应商质量工程师、项目采购和物流处理升级给采购的供应商问题及供应商冲突，发展和维护良好的供应商关系保持供应商影响力

Qualifications

Bachelor or above, major in engineering related subjects such as mechanical engineering, material engineering, electronic and communication engineering etc

本科及本科以上，工程相关专业，例如机械工程、材料工程、电子/通信工程等

Good negotiation ability

良好的谈判能力

Good at communication and sociality

良好的沟通及社会交际能力

Result oriented and good self-management.

结果导向，良好的自我管理

English: workable in Spoken and Writing

英语：能完成工作中的交流和写作
