Work Content:

1, Responsible for IT desktop support work in the office area and factory area, process and record event procedures, implement IT department standard services, and ensure the normal operation of equipment and systems in the office area.

2, Support office computers, pre-installed systems and office software, various accessories, AD domain control, office networks, telephone switches, anti-virus software, O365, Cisco conference video systems, mail, OA, Storage, ZOOM, SAP, conference calls, etc. 

3, Implement IT department network management and security standards.

Job Requirements:

1, More than 3 years of IT desktop support experience;

2, Familiar with Win 7, Win 10, Mac OS and other operating systems, familiar with the installation, configuration and maintenance of these system;

3, Installation, configuration and maintenance of AD domain and common office software;

4, Good knowledge of software & hardware operation and maintenance, independently solve computer, network, telephone and other various office equipment problems, and complete fault diagnosis and processing;

5, Have good ability of demand research, and system construction, operation and maintenance, management and analysis;

6, Being honest and loyal, diligent and dedicated, responsible, with strong learning ability and team spirit, strong organization and coordination ability, communication ability, language organization ability.

7, Through daily work problems, analyze and discover various IT risks, and periodically review with supervisors to iteratively improve IT operating efficiency.

8, The most important thing is: Must have professional helpdesk daily work oral English
