Responsibility Scope

• Responsible for new product and process 5M1E setup , from machine specificaton to final release to productioin;
• Support Automotive Electrionic Parts production on Assy process issues;
• Process control management : Process FMEA, Cpk, CP, SPC, WI...
• Identify and run improvements on ASSY process, including CT, DPMU,Scrap, etc;
• Cross functional support such as customer quality, purchasing, RDE, production etc;
• Lead ASSY Process Design for new line and new product;
• Manage Supplier for expected deliverables;
• Lead ASSY Process Standard setup;
• Other tasks assigned by line manager；

Competence RequirementDefinition of Competence

• L1 - capable with lead from others
• L2 - capable with support from others
• L3 - capable independently
• L4 - capable of leading others
• L5 - capable of invention

Background

• Bechalor or above, major in mechanical engineering related;
• 5Y+ working experience in Automotive industry;
• 3Y+ experience in assembly process like pressfit, screw, heat stake, laser welding etc;
• Electronic parts assembly experience is a plus;

Theory

• Mechanical Design Rules - L2;
• PLC Programing - L3;
• IATF 16949 - L3;
• GD&T - L2;
• VDA/BIQS - L2;
• Lean Production - L2;

Tool

• 5 Quality Tools;- L3
• Problem Solving tools (8D, DOE, 6 Sigma, 5WHY, FTA...) -L3;
• Minitab - L3;

Expertise

• Familiar with IATF 16949, better than experience on VDA or BIQS -L2;
• Experienced on process/Quality control like IQRM, Minitab, etc - L3;
• Capable to understand mechanical drawing - L3;
• Knowledge of vendor processes: Plastic injuction/Die casting/stamping - L2;
• Process debug and validation according to ISO/IEC standards - L3;
