Responsibility:

1.Responsible for organizing the system file preparation, review, modify, record, release and so on;

2.Responsible for the safety, occupational health, environmental laws and regulations and identify , evaluate, update, 

   convey other requirements;

3.Organize the environmental factors and identify the danger source, evaluate the risk, and formulate the goals and 

   targets of environment and safety and management program;

4.Inspect, check and guide the operation of the system;

5.Report the system operation to manager’s deputation;

6.Responsible for the organization of safety, occupational health and environmental advocacy work;

7.Responsible for receiving, investigating and processing the reference safety, occupational health and environmental 

   complaints;

8.Responsible for commissioning occupational health and environmental monitoring agency to monitor routinely the  

   company's occupational hazard factors and environmental pollutants;

9.Responsible for organizing accident investigation, analysis, processing and reporting work;

10.Responsible for new construction, renovation, safety of expansion project, occupational health and environmental 

     impact assessment and three simultaneous acceptance of reporting and coordination;

11.Responsible for the development of various posts of labor protection articles with standards and management 

    systems;

12.Responsible for planning, implementing of safety, occupational health and internal audit of environmental management 

    systems;

13.Responsible for validation work of nonconformity, corrective and preventive measures;

14.Responsible for the inspection of fire equipment and fire emergency drills;

15.Coordinate employee’s annual occupational health check;

16.Responsible for the purchase, audit and payment of PPE;

17.Responsible for the safety, occupational health and environmental education of the people who enter the plant's 

    construction units and coming and leaving vehicles;

18.The use, annual inspection of special equipment.

Requirement :

1.Bachelor degree or above, machinery, cars, environment or reference  professional;

2.More than three years’ EHS experience and the related plant experienc;

3.Good communication skills in English (written and spoken), has the ability of reading the English material;

4.Familiar with the management system of ISO14001 and OHSAS18000,has the experience of internal audit, internal 

   audit certificate is priority;

5.Has a strong logical analytical skill and inference ability;

6.Has a strong sense of responsibility and learning skill, can be good with other colleagues to communicate;

7.With good professionalism and professional ethics;

8.With a certain degree of quality management and business management experience.
