工作职责Main Responsibilities：

1.       负责营销领域的管理层报告，通过外部市场和内部业务数据分析、及整合各部门信息，制作面向管理层和股东方的日常和专题报告，确保报告传递恰当的信息，结构合理、内容完备严谨、数据准确。

Responsible for management reporting in sales and marketing; make reports for management and shareholders through market analysis and data analysis; ensure that the reports have reasonable structure, precise content and accurate data;

2.       协同各部门，协助副总管理营销领域的事业计划，年度计划包括通过模型进行目标测算、KPI分解及措施的汇总和校验，并细分到月度。日常管理包括从过程和内容两方面做好月度的PDCA。

Cooperate with departments, assist DGMs in managing business plan and annual plan including target measurement, KPI break down and measures summary and verification and break down to monthly. Daily management includes monthly PDCA from process and content.

3.       协同IT部门，牵头管理营销领域BI系统，包括需求调研、数据治理、开发进度管理、权限管理等。

Assist IT dept. in data analysis platform BI system management, including demand research, data management, system develop project management and access management.

4.       按需开展营销领域的新业务策略制定和重点项目管理。

Carry out business strategy planning and key project management in S&M as required.

任职要求 Basic qualifications:

1. 本科及以上学历，5-7年工作经验，熟悉汽车行业营销领域，有业务和数据分析、业务规划、目标管理相关经验，掌握相关方法论；有主机厂或咨询公司同类工作经验者优先；有BI系统应用或管理经验者优先；有合资企业经验的优先；

Bachelor degree or above; 5-7 years working experience; familiar with automotive sales marketing field; experience in data analysis, business planning and project management; BI system application and management experience preferred; experience in JV preferred;

2.       数据分析和报告呈现能力强，良好的逻辑思维，对数据敏感；

Strong ability in data analysis and report production; good logical thinking; sensitive to data

3.       良好的领导力和管理经验，良好的人际沟通能力、抗压能力和团队精神，较强的学习能力，乐于分享传递知识信息；

Good leadership and management experience; good communication skills and team spirit; can work under pressure; strong learning ability; willing to share information and knowledge;

4.       注重工作质量和细节，组织计划性强；pay attention to work quality and detail; highly-organized;

5.       精通Excel, PPT，thinkcell，英文听说读写流利；熟练掌握任意一种BI工具者优先。

Proficiency in Excel, PPT and Thinkcell; good English reading and writing skills; proficiency in BI tools is preferred.
