Responsibilities 
职责
Coordinate with the commercial area for client contracts.Prepare the TORS and Include the price
 为客户准备合同及报价,并与客户协调合同内容


Send the TOR finished to the financial department to issue invoices and chase payment
将完成签署的合同发给财务部门,并协助完成收款及开具发票事宜


Implement plans and strategies for quickly developing sales territory.
协助销售主管实施及快速开发市场的计划和策略


Manage the after sales service, including but not limited to:
管理售后服务,包括但不限于:
  1. Prepares proposals to customers;为客户准备提案
  2. Able to create strong sales that generate steady income to the company.协助销售主管增长销售额
  3. Promote the services offered by the company, observing the technical specifications and business strategies.推广公司提供的服务,遵守技术规范和商业策略
  4. Prepare budgets and proposals for addressing services required by email and / or telephone.为来电或邮件咨询的客户进行解答并提供预算、方案
  5. Create, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and funnel information.为公司维护和提供精确及时的销售预测和销售渠道
  6. Articulate the value proposition of the service to convert prospects.明确服务的价值主张,转化潜在客户


 Qualifications:

任职要求

  1. Education: College degree or equivalent work/technical sales experience;大专或同等工作或技术销售经验;
  2. 2+ years Sales force experience, Sales force certification preferred;2年以上销售人员工作经验,有销售人员资格证者优先;
  3. Sales Skills: Ability to Overcome Major Sales Obstacles: 能够克服主要销售障碍的能力
  4. Computer skills: Proficient in common office and personal computing;熟练使用常用办公软件 
  5. Language skills: proficiency in English and Land language;熟练掌握英语及本土语言
  6. Skills: Ability to analyze, demonstrated successful selling in auditing industry, dedicated, ethical and determined person that is willing to assist the customer to find success, highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, presentational and interpersonal communication skills and ability to articulate and communicate compelling business logic.具备分析能力,在审计行业成功销售,敬业,有道德,有决心,愿意帮助客户成功,积极热情,有很强的书面,口头,陈述和人际沟通技巧,能够清晰地表达和沟通令人信服的商业逻辑。
