1. Maintain test equipment, keep equipment works fine.

  负责协助测试工程师维护测试设备，保证生产线的正常测试，处理测试时出现的故障。

2.Analyze defect PCBAs, find the root cause, feedback to other department to improve it.

  负责项目PCBA板的测试、分析、验证的工作，找到次品的根本原因后反馈给相关的部门。

3.Track the situation of current test equipment, and try to improve it if you find any issues.

跟踪测试设备的使用状况，找到设备的问题点，并很好的解决问题和改善的方法。

4.To create test SOP, and train operator how to use the test equipment.
测试指导文件，并培训员工正确的使用测试设备和操作步骤。

5.When you find any issues about products, need work with other department to find the root cause and  improve it.
现产品有任何质量问题，需要跟其他部门合作找到问题点，并解决这个问题。

6.Other works according to leader arrangement.

完成领导安排的其他相应的工作。

1. Be familiar with soldering iron, multimeter, oscilloscope and other measure tools.
   使用烙铁焊接元器件，会使用万用表、示波器等量测设备。
2. Be familiar with office software, and know EDA tools, etc. AutoCAD/ Altium Designer, and know programming language, C++, LabView…
   使用办公软件，了解一些电路设计的软件，和编程使用的软件。
3. Basic capability of electronic circuit setup and operation, and can read the schematic.
   根据电路图，做一些电路实际操作。
4. Good at read English and can communication in English.

需要能够读懂英文文件，可以使用英语作简单的交流。
