Responsibility

• Resolving technical issues;
• Troubleshooting of an advertising platform in a B2B environment;
• Defining solutions to clients and adapt existing processes to find alternative solutions;
• Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system providing solutions in a timely fashion;
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
• Using basic coding and debugging skills for problem analysis.

Your Profile

• Advanced level of English: C1;

• Perfect writing skills in Chinese (C2) and professional writing skills in English (C1)

• Analytical mindset;
• Experience in supporting digital marketing platforms, such as Google Marketing Platform is preferred;
• Professional communication skills;
• College above with technical education (preferred).
