Purpose/Objective:

Candidate will be responsible for the design and development of cancer diagnostic products, covering traditional diagnostic instruments, IoT and AI platform. Responsibilities of the incumbent will include platform design and product implementation for next-generantion automated and connectivity strategy roadmap. This position works intensely with local and global cross-functional team to meet/exceed business and quality objectives of Danaher Corporation.

 

Area of Responsibilities:

1.    Lead new platform design and firmware implementation for LBS Automated and IoT product portfolio.

2.    Contribute to firmware design and development of LBS histology products.

3.    Work with cross-function team to ensure medical product development meets the requirement for quality, cost, regulation, service, and manufacturing.

4.    Collaborate with global teams to drive synergies across common platform.

 

Person Specification:

1.    Bachelor/Master’s in CS, EE, Automation or related fields.

2.    6+ years of embedded software development experience across multiple technologies.

3.    Good C/C++ programming skills; familiar with popular programming languages.

4.    Hands-on experience of MCU-based firmware development and device control.

5.    Experience of IoT / Cloud connectivity solution is a strong plus.

6.    Hands-on experience of Linux/BSP development and debugging is preferred.

7.    Experience in precision motion control is a plus.

8.    Good reading/writing skills in English.
