岗位职责：

1.完善公司招聘、培训、薪酬、保险、福利、考勤、绩效考核等人力资源制度；

2.协助制定绩效考核方案，实施与执行落地，绩效数据汇总与分析；

3.完善公司日常管理制度；

4.负责企业文化建设工作，包括传递公司企业文化价值观、开展企业文化活动等。

5.积极完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1.大专及以上学历，管理专业优先。

2.熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家和地方各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用；

3.扎实的中文写作功底，有良好的文字表达能力，能够熟练运用办公软件，较强的活动策划能力。

4.认真负责，有较强的团队合作意识，良好协调能力和亲和力。
