1. 协助操作人员，完成客户海运及铁路运输货物进出口文件制作。

2. 根据订舱信息，录入操作系统 。

3. 船公司铁路公司舱单发送。

4. 根据客户报关资料，审单，提交报关行报关

5. 确认实际船期和铁路发运班期，并且根据船公司铁路公司要求，及时提供补料。

6  船开后或者铁路班列发运后. 和船公司船代和铁路公司进行确认，及时获取正本电放提单

7. 发票制作

8. 确保货物出运后文件归档 

 任职要求

1.大专及以上学历，物流管理、国际贸易、秘书类等相关专业；

2.熟练操作办公软件；

3.工作作风细致、严谨，有较强的工作热情和责任感；

4.本岗位同时欢迎应届生/实习生应聘；

5.要求英语4级，全日制大专以上学历
