负责公司的临床药物包装生产，并且能够支持营运部其他工作。（如仓储、物流、订单）

主要工作职责为：

1. 负责公司日常的批包装生产的计划及实施，确保符合GMP质量规范和既定流程的要求。
2. 支持仓储物流等日常营运工作，确保营运的开展符合质量体系和既定流程的要求。
3. 负责营运相关质量问题的调查，并配合各类质量审计。
4. 支持项目管理工作，对新业务的操作流程给出合理建议并执行。
5. 推动营运的持续改进，不断完善、建设营运SOP及培训体系，提高营运质量、效率和客户满意度。
6. 领导交办的其他事项。

岗位要求：

1. 本科或以上，物流，生产或医药其他相关专业优先。
2. 3-5年的生产/仓储/物流营运管理经验，熟悉医药行业和GMP/GSP生产要求和质量规范。
3. 学习能力强，有较强成长发展的意愿，有比较好的抗压能力。
4. 拥有良好的责任心，协调沟通能力和团队合作能力, 以客户和结果为导向。
5. 良好的英文阅读和书写能力。
6. 良好Office办公软件，ERP系统使用经验。

JOB POSITION: Packing Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the company's clinical drug packaging production, and be able to support other operations of the Department of Operations. (e.g. warehousing, logistics, orders)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for the planning and implementation of the daily batch packaging production to ensure compliance with GMP quality specifications and established process requirements.
2. Support daily operations such as warehousing and logistics to ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the quality system and established processes.
3. Responsible for the investigation of operation quality problems, and cooperate with various quality audits.
4. Support project management, make reasonable suggestions and implement the operation process of new business.
5. Promote the continuous improvement of operation, constantly improve and build SOP and training system, improve the quality of operation, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
6. Other jobs assigned by supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor degree or above, Logistics,Production,Pharmaceutical preferred.
2. 3-5 years of working experience in production/warehousing/logistics management, good understanding of pharmaceutical industry and GMP/GSP production requirements and quality specifications.
3. Strong learning ability, strong willingness to grow, strong resistance to pressure.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, coordination and communication skills and team work ability, results-oriented.
5. Good command of English.
6. Good computer skills(MS Office) and experience in ERP system.
