工作职责

1、 协助搭建事务所培训体系，制定支持每年发展的培训规划；

2、 独立负责培训课程落地的协调、沟通工作，确保培训项目的顺利开展； 

3、 分析事务所培训需求，根据员工发展的需求，制定和完善培训策略、培训资源、培训管理体系及评估培训效果；

4、 支持中、低年级律师能力提升项目的运作，有效实现人才梯队建设和技能提升；

5、 策划与支持校招的***年入职培训项目，确保校招毕业生***年入职成功；

6、 支持全球培训项目在中国的落地与协调沟通；

7、 支持事务所外联项目（尤其学校往来）的对接、推进与落地； 

任职资格

1、本科以上学历，人力资源、中文、英文、新闻学、社会学、广告与传播等专业优先考虑；

2、5年以上培训及人才发展经验，了解培训评估和培养培训体系；

3、较强的沟通和协调能力，做事积极主动；

4、逻辑思维清晰，善于学习思考，喜欢接受新鲜事物，有创意、敢于创新，具备独立解决问题的能力；

5、有外资、合资企业背景、或咨询机构的HR优先考虑；

6、中英文书写能力较强，流利的中文表达能力；
