Accountabilities：

• Identify V&V efforts based on customer specifications and product concept .

• Make sure PSS product accordance to customer specifications, ZF internal spec and legal requirements.

• Product validation e.g. test fixture design, create and deploy DVP&R, test report etc.

• Handing over to lab regarding the correct test setup.

• Release for Application development process, CV, DV, PV release, design review, single part status, product deviated and released, based on DVP&R status and results. create V&V release report, release recommendation of components for installation in customer vehicles.

• Create test plans for COP and re-qualification

• Analysis of lessons learned and transfer of the findings into the knowledge data base

• Realization of the “four eyes principle” within engineering

             

Qualifications：

• General knowledge of engineering testing and measurement and processing.

• product's specific test equipment knowledge (e.g. SBS-g lock device, airbag SD iginition device

• General test equipment knowledge(e.g. vibration shocker, thermal chamber etc)

• Good knowledge in development of Restraint Systems for Vehicle specific safety concepts.

• Familiar with occupant safety system and vehicle designs and testing is a plus.

• Product function test knowledge (e.g. SD test, SBS tiltlock test etc, mechanical strength test etc)

• EVS test knowledge (e.g. Vibration test, thermal chamber test, shock test,etc.)

• Product knowledge (SBS/SWS/airbag product techonology, e.g. know relative component of Airbag or SWS or SBS and it's function in the module assemble)

• Test fixture design knowledge

• Product development process (validation relative, e.g. CV/DV/PV, DVP&R, desgin review, test report etc)

• Good computer software knowledge. Proficient in productivity software (i.e., Microsoft Office,etc.)

• Fluent English language both in oral and written.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of team.

• Timing management (priority management under multiply tasks situation)

• Proactively working style to finish tasks (e.g can actively define responsible project's validation task in beginning with reasonable and operational plan)

• Willingness to develop self to grow up (e.g. from basic to management level or expert level.)

• Project ownership/responsibility
